Once a viewing is scheduled, you will get emails and texts to confirm the time. IF COMPLETED, you will receive the lockbox code via text the day of your showing. 

We do not do guided showings, all viewings are self-access

• Background Check and Credit Review - minimum score of 550, we review each application and discuss the results.  Deposits may vary based on findings.
• A positive landlord reference
• At least 2.5x the rent amount in household income
• A non-refundable $60 application fee per adult
• A non-refundable $25 pet application fee per pet if applicable

We do accept Section 8 vouchers at most units.  We can not charge one amount on the lease and allow you to pay any more or any less than that amount.  Your voucher must be approved for the rental amount requested by the owner. 

We will not accept ETHRA vouchers at this time

We do not have paper applications at this time

We will reach out for the first time within 24 hours of recieving your application. We will work to add all applicants to a pool, we will pick the best one within 48 hours of communicating that you've been added to the pool. 

We are usually able to accommodate a request for a shorter than 12 months lease term.  There will be an increased rent amount with most shorter terms.  This varies by property.

ESA’s are permitted by law with proper documentation. 

RESTRICTED BREEDS: Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Boxer, or Great Dane.

There is a minimum $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25/pet/month pet rent.  This may also vary by property.
