We will reach out for the first time within 24 hours of recieving your application. We will work to add all applicants to a pool, we will pick the best one within 48 hours of communicating that you've been added to the pool.
We are usually able to accomodate a request for a shorter than 12 months lease term. There will be an increased rent amount with most shorter terms. This varies by property.
We do accept Section 8 vouchers at most units. We can not charge one amount on the lease and allow you to pay any more or any less than that amount. Your voucher must be approved for the rental amount requested by the owner.
Yes! In order to do this, have your roommate or family member fill out an application online and pay the $60 fee (this is to process their background check). We will not check their income or credit, only their criminal + eviction history. Let your Resident Specialist know when they've applied. Once this is done and their application is processed, we'll get them added to the lease!

Unless your lease otherwise specifies, rent for all of our tenants is due on the 1st of every month, regardless of move-in date.
The state of Tennessee allows a 5 day grace period, this ends on the 6th of every month (or next business day). Once this time passes, a one-time 10% late fee will be added to your account.
Fees can be different depending on the property. All of our residents pay $50 per month for our Resident Benefit Package. You can learn more about that by visiting the Resident Benefit Page on this website.
